Anyone who becomes a top level athlete will be a competitive person, as that is natural. They must be hungry and push themselves to achieve their ultimate goals in their chosen industry, and that is something John Cena and Nikki Bella certainly did.
However, they also brought that to their relationship by having a lot of competition with each other. They would often make bets on things and playfully challenge each other, which was a big part of the time they spent together.

John Cena and Nikki Bella are two people in fantastic shape, which is because of how well they take care of their bodies. They have no problem showing them off, which has been the case throughout their chosen professional careers, but they took it to a new level when they went completely naked on YouTube.
Of course, this was tastefully done and nothing was shown, but it gave fans an idea of the fun dynamic they had together. They did this to celebrate the Bella Twins YouTube channel reaching 500,000 subscribers, a landmark achievement.

Inside the ring, John Cena is shown as a physical, macho person who has spent his career fighting people. However, Nikki Bella was able to learn about the softer, more romantic side of the future Hall of Famer that few people get to know.
When he was busy with work away from Nikki, he did his best to keep the romance alive by sending her roses and handwritten cards, showing a different side of himself.

When it comes to their relationship breakup, many fans still don’t know why it happened because they weren’t watching all the reality shows that featured them. While there were a multitude of reasons, as is often the case when a long-term relationship breaks up, a big problem for them was that John Cena didn’t want children.
